Marine* Collagen – delivers collagen directly to the skins dermis layer improving skin elasticity and skin tone. Reduces dryness and boosts moisture *the marine collagen used is derived from seaweed and not fish and therefore is vegan friendly.
Retinol – promotes skin cell turnover, improves skin tone and treats hyperpigmentation, helps unclog pores, thickens the dermis layer to slow down the formation of wrinkles. This essential vitamin also assists the formation of fibroblast cells that produce proteins such as collagen
Hyaluronic Acid – this ingredient works as a magnet for moisture, helping skin cells retain as much of it as possible so that your skin feels and appears hydrated, plump and healthy.
Rosehip Oil – rich in Vitamin A and is packed with molecules that are small enough to penetrate into deeper layers to improve moisture and collagen levels.
Plum Kernel Oil, Passionfruit Oil, Green Tea and Avena Sativa Meal Extract – are ingredients brimming with vitamins and antioxidants and essential fatty acids that hydrate and promote a smooth even complexion and correct dark spots.

Directions for use:
Apply a small amount of moisturiser onto freshly cleansed face and neck. For the ultimate skincare routine apply our 1% Hyaluronic Acid Serum, allow the serum to fully penetrate the skin before applying the collagen retinol facial moisturiser. Delicately tap and blend the product evenly into the skin.
As this moisturiser contains Retinol it's recommended that you allow your skin to acclimatise, maybe starting with 3 to 4 times a week and ultimately can be used daily.
Always use a minimum of SPF30 when using retinol products.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Storage:
Keep out of the reach of children, out of direct sunlight and below 25°C.
Dispatch Times:
We will aim to despatch all orders the same working day (Monday to Friday) if ordered before 3pm, however this can be delayed due to high volumes at times and can take up to 3 working days. Please note that the delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, rather than when the order was placed.
We do not despatch on public holidays, all orders placed after the 3pm cut off the day before will be sent the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Stock Discrepancies:
We will aim to notify you of any shortages / missing items from our inventory within 48hr from date of the order being placed, this can on occasion take slightly longer due to the amount of orders being processed at busy periods. Please note the tracking information is sent via email once the label is printed in our warehouse and not when the order is handed to the courier. The orders are collected twice daily from our warehouse and will update on the relevant couriers website / App once the parcel is scanned into the local hub.
Monday exception:
We cannot always guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Due to the high volume of orders following the weekend, your order may be dispatched on Tuesday. In the event that Monday is a Bank Holiday, this policy will apply to Tuesday orders.
Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for Mainland, non-mainland UK and International shipments. Only the available shipping options for your order will be shown at the checkout. You can select the cheapest, or your desired method from there. The shipping cost will be multiplied accordingly for orders that require more than one service. We no longer dispatch any goods with an un-tracked service due to the potential of the items going missing as we are unable to claim this back via our third party couriers.
All of our shipping options are weight based and orders are fulfilled using a variety of 3rd party couriers, depending on size, weight and destination. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, the parcels can be subject to delays, damage or loss. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding delivery issues, as we will not be notified until the situation is brought to our attention.
In the event of a disputed delivery, we will raise an investigation with the 3rd party courier. In these instances, we must take the result of the courier's investigation as final.
If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days then we will contact the relevant courier and raise a dispute with the aim to replace your items or refund if required . NOTE: We can no longer post any device containing an internal battery internationally due to recent restrictions imposed.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £25. When you qualify for our free shipping option, we will choose the best value courier for your order.
Free Shipping over £25 can not be combined with any other discount codes we send you at any time and will not be added at checkout.
Missing Items:
Should you notice missing items from your order, we would highly recommend checking the full order once again and to inspect all corners of the box and packaging material used. Missing items are often found within the original package.
We must be notified within 3 days of receipt regarding any order errors or shortages.
In the event that you do confirm missing items from your order, a full internal investigation will need to be raised from our side. This includes checking all warehouse evidence records and raising a dispute with the delivery courier. We must allow up to 5 working days for this investigation to conclude before any replacement items can be dispatched.
International Shipping:
All rates for EU and Rest of World destinations are calculated at the checkout via DHL Express International.
Europe includes every recognised European country, and ROW includes almost every country outside of this zone. Please note that international shipping duration is an estimate only, and it may vary from country to country. On some occasions, it may take longer than the estimated delivery time.
We highly advise you to check the destination country's laws regarding importing vaping products or CBD products before placing orders. Certain products may require special licenses or permits to be imported. We are not responsible for losses incurred due to shipments which are rejected or confiscated by local customs.
Please note, you will be responsible for all Taxes and Customs related costs in the destination country. We are not able to refund shipping costs for international orders which fail due to customs.
We are unable to conduct business with or send shipments to countries with a restricted or sanctioned status. Please see a list of currently restricted countries
Refund and Returns policy:
Here at LJVapes we believe in transparent and fair service, which is why we provide a straight forward returns policy, to ensure that you can be satisfied with each and every order from us.
The items available for sale on our site are described as accurately as possible, however, please note that images are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in appearance.
Our Return Process:
Prior to contacting us regarding a faulty or damaged product, please obtain as much information as possible including pictures where applicable. This will help us to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
To open a return, please contact us via email at sales@ljvapes.co.uk or you can call us in business hours Monday to Friday, alternatively you can use the live chat feature on our website and we will endeavour to get right back to you. We will then review your return request for approval and send you instructions for return.
Please make sure to include the order number in all correspondence regarding returns.
If you have received items that were damaged in transit, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. We will advise you of the next steps. The goods may be eligible for replacement or refund. Errors and shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
Once the returned item(s) has been received, our team will process the return and provide a resolution. Please allow up to 5 working days for the return to be processed.
Warranty:
We provide warranty for all products for up to 90 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of E-liquids, Disposable vape pens, CBD and clearance products, for which warranty does not apply.
Our product warranty provides cover for mechanical and electrical breakdowns but will be limited to 90 days and will not cover cosmetic damage, general wear or accidental/liquid damage.
Your warranty does not cover faults caused by accident or misuse.
If there is any visible outer damage or signs of misuse, then your warranty will be voided for these products.
If your product has exceeded our 90-day warranty, we would advise you to contact the manufacturer directly, as the majority of electrical products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
In the event that you have received a faulty item, you must notify us within 30 days of the goods being received. If you inform us of the faults after the 30 day period, then we are unable to accept returns.
All Disposable Vapes have a 30 days no quibble returns policy if the item is faulty. (please contact us and we will endeavour to replace / refund the item)
Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind and wish to return the goods you purchased, you can return them within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this instance, the returned products should be sealed in their original packaging and unopened. If you are returning an item over the value of £50, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We cannot accept e-liquids once their seals have been opened.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the event that you have received items that have been damaged in transit, please inform us as soon as possible. We will advise you of the next steps, as your goods may be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection by our technical team. If the returned item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to provide a partial refund based on our assessment.
Should there be signs of cosmetic or accidental damage, then we may refuse the return and send the item back to you. You the buyer are responsible for any damages incurred during transit due to inappropriate packaging. We would advise taking photographs prior to sending the return.
We do not accept returns for clearance products and our warranty does not apply to these items.
Where appropriate, we will attempt repairs to faulty products which can then be re-sent. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement or refund. It may take up to 7 days to inspect the product and come to a resolution.
Should the product be deemed non-faulty after testing, we reserve the right to re-send the product in its original condition.
