LJVapes - Loyalty Scheme Terms and conditions

• You must have an account to qualify for Loyalty Points, you can create an account on the "Rewards" tab on the bottom of our home page.

• Collection of Loyalty points is based on spend on the Website from the date you become a LJVapes account holder.

• You can check your Reward points balance by logging into your LJVapes Account.

• The standard number of points you will collect are Five Reward Points for every £1 spend on qualifying products.

• Ten points is worth Five pence to spend on products online at ljvapes.co.uk. We will not exchange LJVapes Loyalty Points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.

• LJVapes can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any indvidual LJVapes account.

• LJVapes.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw reward points promotions/offers without notice.

• After shopping online on ljvapes.co.uk, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your Loyalty Account once the order has been dispatched.

• The ljvapes.co.uk Loyalty Scheme can only be redeemed online at ljvapes.co.uk.

• Loyalty points can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount ie: Free shipping and only one discount can be used at any one given time.

 

How to redeem loyalty points

 

• You may redeem ljvapes Loyalty Points against any order on the ljvapes website, but upon cancellation of an order already placed your Loyalty points will not be reinstated and will be lost. 

• You cannot redeem 100% of the value of an order using LJVapes Loyalty Points, a maximum of 500 points per order can be applied and the minimum order value resides at £20

• Loyalty points can only be used on their own and not in conjunction with any other offer like product discounts.

 

Loyalty Point Expiration

 

• Non-redeemed Rewards points earned will expire after 12 months and automatically reset.
