Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) Vaping

The KangerTech EVOD uses a 1.8Ω bottom coil and fixed airflow system to provide a more restricted draw than modern sub-ohm tanks.

This makes it particularly suited to users who prefer a traditional mouth-to-lung vaping experience, where vapour is drawn into the mouth before being inhaled.

For best performance, use an e-liquid suitable for the installed coil and follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

Easy Bottom-Fill System

Refilling the KangerTech EVOD Tank is straightforward:

Remove the tank from the battery.
Turn the tank upside down.
Unscrew the base to access the filling area.
Carefully add compatible e-liquid down the side of the tank, avoiding the central airflow tube.
Reattach the base securely and reconnect the tank to the battery.

When fitting a new coil, allow sufficient time for the wick to absorb e-liquid before use.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed with LJVapes.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

1. DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) on the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm will normally be processed the next working day (Monday–Friday).

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase.

2. BANK HOLIDAYS

We do not despatch any order on bank holidays, these will be sent the next working day with the selected shipping option.

3. COURIERS & TRACKING

We use a range of trusted UK couriers depending on order size, weight, and destination, including:

Tracking information will be sent by email once your shipping label has been created in our warehouse.

Please note: tracking may not update immediately until the parcel has been scanned by the courier network.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

For orders requiring multiple shipping services (based on size/weight), additional charges may apply.

We no longer use untracked delivery services due to loss and insurance limitations with third-party couriers.

6. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free UK shipping on orders over £30.

8. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

In rare cases, parcels may be delayed, damaged, or lost in transit.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

We must allow courier investigation processes to complete before issuing replacements or refunds.

If an item has not been delivered within 7 working days after the expected delivery date, we will raise a formal investigation with the courier.

9. COURIER INVESTIGATIONS

In the event of a disputed delivery, we will open an investigation with the relevant courier.

We are required to follow the outcome of the courier’s investigation, which will determine the next steps (replacement or refund where applicable).

10. MISSING ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please check all packaging thoroughly before contacting us.

Missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

We may carry out an internal investigation, including warehouse checks and courier verification, which can take up to 5 working days.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

11. SHIPPING TRANSPARENCY

We aim to keep customers informed throughout the fulfilment process. However, dispatch and delivery updates may be subject to courier systems and external delays.
