How to Use and Set Up the Nexay Crush

Remove the contents from the box and open the protective packaging.
Separate the Nexay Crush pod assembly from the battery device and remove the protective stickers from the pod.
Remove both red safety pins from the sides of the pod assembly.
Connect the pod and e-liquid refill container together until they click securely into place.
Insert the assembled cartridge into the battery device.
Once assembled, inhale through the mouthpiece to activate the device.
When the battery needs recharging, connect it using a USB Type-C charging cable (not included).

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) on the same working day.

Orders placed after 2:00pm will normally be processed the next working day (Monday–Friday).

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase.

2. BANK HOLIDAYS

We do not despatch any order on bank holidays, these will be sent the next working day with the selected shipping option.

We use a range of trusted UK couriers depending on order size, weight, and destination, including:

If an item has not been delivered within 7 working days after the expected delivery date, we will raise a formal investigation with the courier.

We are required to follow the outcome of the courier’s investigation, which will determine the next steps (replacement or refund where applicable).

10. MISSING ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS

Missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
